The long awaited 2 hour Dateline NBC feature about Barry Beach’s plight is scheduled to air on Friday, April 4, 2008 at 8-10pm MDT!
Dateline NBC has investigated this case thouroughly and will not be revealing any evidence against Barry Beach…because there is none!

Boxer; you and “all the other scape goats??” Always hiding, always pointing fingers at innocent people. Then the guilty usually do. Wonder what you’ll have to say when it’s YOU and the Scape Goats having to answer 30 years worth of questions? How much backtracking do you think you’re going to be doing then?
You keep on covering up for the “GIRLS” as I just know they’re going to be right there to say how innocent you are; that you could never cover up anything like what happened to Kim; just like they’ve been telling all these years about themselves. When it’s your hind end is on the line for murder? Yep, you just keep on telling yourself that.
Pam moved to Billings. Barry saw her in Billings. The move didn’t keep her and Barry apart.
I think: Ted knew the cops had staged the murder scene or assisted in the clean up of it. Doors locked, evidence room broke into, etc.. Ted knew he couldn’t do anything about the mess the cops had made. One doesn’t fight the local law, especially if they are covering for relatives. Who knows, maybe they would start pointing fingers at Pam to keep their relatives safe. Nothing would bring Kim back. Save Pam by getting her away from Poplar, but Barry shows up in Billings….Ted’s family needed closure. Make a deal with the law to pin the murder on Barry. Make some nice contributions to some State races, buy off a few people. No longer in Poplar, No more Barry Beach, Closure on the Murder…All problems solved.
Pam knows that Daddy bought Barry a bed in the prison and she must be packing a whole lot of guilt!
It would be normal for tools to come up missing in an Unlocked toolbox in the back of a pickup. Can anyone prove a the cresent wrench was still in the toolbox the day after Ted bought it? I doubt it.
A cresent wrench is often used at brandings. Didn’t Kim’s pickup go to a branding just days before the murder?
Pam knows Barry is innocent. I just wonder how she knows?

Let us remind our selves of A “wrongful conviction” here. What would you do if your Son was in the “hot seat?” Forencics to my knowledge can recreate a “glove” from those who have passed. Any time frain? I ask all eager and those on track for a job in this field to conduct evidence, and/or breaking technology. After all, couln’t of been more than 12 to 15 yrs. to actually allow us to do what we’re doing now on the internet. I was approached in 1997 to participate in a service, now, the name AOL. Funny how I come back to that, that was in front of me. How can we turn our back on an innocent man, or any other of our brothers or sisters?

With the technolgy of today base any forencics on hair pulling, hair in Kims coffin be of any information to Kims killers? Without parents consent, can’t we still call this a “cold case” and test hair that might of been overlooked? Prayers to Kim. Maybe she holds the key to her untimely death.

Boxer; You obviously knew Kim well and if I were a betting person I’d say you were there that night 30 ½ long years ago; you might not have held one of the weapons that bludgeoned Kim to death, but your guilty just the same for not coming forward with the truth. “That guilty Person” you refer to you know very well are “The GIRLS.” The guilty “One’s” by what I’ve seen have lived a life, which is conducive to their actions. I’ve done research, made phonecalls, exhibited my time, raising children, talked to those incarserated, been on line, talk long distance, search for papers(now and present) to help Mr. Beach. Please wake up and what ever makes you sad, help Barry.
Anyone watch the Americas Most Wanted on Saturday? I was grieving the loss of my Grandmother, and the boys were doing the usual on XBox Live. The deceased was the name Kimberly Simon. It was reported sreaming around 1-2 a.m. More than 1 killer, as the body was moved, estimated 5 people partying, problems with the police officer. End cycle: Steven Barnes was released after serving 20 yrs. of wrongful conviction. FACT: 1 in 5 will act as a jail informant. 1-800-CRIME-TV. I called. Also, to check on Mr. Beachs’ status. I could listen to this story, back and fourth, and would still come to an innocent verdict of Mr. Beach, just because of the telling factor of “the girls”. Who does this s##t? May Barry Beach be allowed a “lifetime” he’s missed, and the girls face SATAN!!!

Boxer FYI Centurion Ministries has interview 238 individuals and not ONE placed Barry or saw him after he was dropped off at home the night of the murder. His sister, Barbara saw him asleep in bed at about 12:30 a.m. and again the next morning with the same clothes on from the day before.
One coerced confession that does NOT match the forensics OR 238 individuals? I’ll take the forensics and individual statements.
Boxer, I don’t know that your statement is true where the “girls” are concerned. Everyone knows what they’ve done and who they did it to. They’ve had quite a few victims over the years. I do believe they had help, which the evidence proves.
Murders have continued to happen on the Fort Peck Reservation during the years that Barry has been in prison. No more are solved today than were back in the 1970’s and 1980’s.
Bottom line…….no one is trying to solve them!

I don’t believe the “girls” did all of them. I believe it is well known that murder is common on the res and not investigated. I think Barry went to prison because the Nees family was in politics and needed someone held responsible and they wanted to keep Barry away from Pam. If you can’t find the REAL murderer, take another problem off my family’s hands.

There must have been an arsonist in the midst what about Bobby Fredrick’s house being burned in 1983 after Barry’s trial as well as the one with John Red Thunder? Glad you clarified Solomon Grey Bear being beaten to death! According to the FBI it was a fall down the stairs that killed him. Wonder how he crawled UNDER the door in the basement? He had disappeared for 7 months and all of a sudden Donny Jackson and Eddie Van Dover found his body at about 10:00 p.m. at night using “matches” for light down in the basement of Vonnie Brown’s house? Imagine that! Rumors are that some of the same people are involved in “Puggy” Three Stars death who was also murdered about the same time. It also remains “unsolved” according to the FBI. People know who did it.

Yes her personal items were staged just as Kim’s was. Barry wasn’t in the state when Celeste was murdered I believe a few months after Kim. Staged scenes? Isn’t that what serial killers do?

In the Great Falls Tribune an article that an associate of Sissy Atkinson, Kevin Hall and his wife Tamara heard Sissy confess to her participation in Kim Nees murder. He reported this to the Great Falls police department on several occassions as early as 2006. Sissy Atkinson testified she did live in Great Falls and all information coiencides with documented statements from other parties.

No, the prints didn’t match Sissy, but it’s more likely that she had one of her goonies finish the job. Remember, she is the ring leader and isn’t going to let HERSELF go down. That is why! So, #198, you think your prayers have kept Barry in prison? Wrong. A faulty judicial system, a pack of lies, and dishonest authorities have. Sorry, you can’t take credit for that. Lots of people are wrongly accused and it’s not because prayers have been answered.
